ZIM for Customer Engagement & DX relies on over 10 years of implementation experience, deep product knowledge along with a close alliance with IBM to understand your environment, the products and distill the information into easily consumable content for our customer to make an educated decision along with having the confidence of solutions implemented with decades of experience to guide you in that journey.
